Wowza. This week started a new Revolt period and Nichole introduced tabatas into the program. What are tababtas you ask? hell. pure hell. lol
Some people REALLY love them. They sure to kick your hiney in shape! BASICALLY a Tababta is a SHORT circuit exercise invented by Izumi Tababta.
How we worked it into play this week was in the cardio.
For example: Push ups
You do as many push ups as you can in 20 seconds.
Rest 10 seconds
And repeat...for a total of 8 rounds. Then you move onto the next exercise.
It was INTENSE. Good....but intense. I went along with the tape this week and was glad I did. It is not even 3 minutes of exercise, but I wanted to throw in the towel. I COMPLETED IT THOUGH!!!
