Memebox Review! Korean makeup delivered to your door!

No lie.  I LOVE subscription boxes. A lot. I think it is amazing getting an assortment of items that peak your interest.

A while ago I found Memebox and I just received my first one!  The cool thing about this company is they offer boxes BUT they are NOT a subscription service.  They are an online Korean beauty service. All boxes are put together by in house "experts" and are based on the hottest trends and cult classics in Korea.

So, here's the deal. You head to this page, scroll through, pick out a box, order, and wait for it to arrive. You DON'T have to worry about being charged every month AND you get to try an assortment of items.  They have three different types of boxes.  If you are new to Memebox they suggest a Signature Memebox .  They contain 4 - 7 full-sized items and deluxe samples, ranging from makeup and skin care to hair and body products.  Each Superbox comes with its own theme, and contains only full-sized items.  Then there are Collaborations.  Each month, they team up with style icons to curate special Superboxes featuring each collaborator's favorite items - keep an eye on these, they sell out fast!

For my review I received the Special #33 K-Style 2 box.  For some reason, I can not find this exact box on the site. I did find the K-Style 3 box! If you click through, you can get the idea of what it is, but they don't give away the contents.  I think that is what I LOVE so much. I like surprises. I will ruin the surprise of what is in the box I received. SPOILER ALERT!! Also....yep...crap ton of pictures.  What can I say?  I love my camera.

So, there is the box. Six full size items.  Let's go through all of them, shall we?

First up...Ten Cushion Foundation ($32). I was a bit worried about it being too light.  This foundation came full size, works as a moisturizer and sunblock, AND it has a light coverage.  Oh, and a fantastic scent.

Pretty much the perfect coverage/color for me.  I hate sticky, thick foundations.

In the after picture up there I actually added on some cheek tint and brow filler. No one needs to see me without any cheek tint.

Next up, Shara Shara Color Eye Stick Shadow ($7). This is a creamy color. There was the possibility of two different colors. I received the sugar pink. I pretty much love it.  It adds a touch of sparkle without looking like a 12 year old girl.  I also love the expiration date on the tube. I will use it up by then.

At this point, V started photographing the makeup as well.

They included eyelashes in the box ($7).  I am not a big fake eyelash person because I have some pretty long lashes already.  I think I will use these for Halloween though!

I received TWO liners.  The first was the Pantone Shade liner in Sweetly You ($12).  It glides on easily, but dries to a smudge proof finish.  It has a fantastic little sharpener on the bottom of the stick!

The second liner I received was the RiRe Luxe Mirror Eyeliner in Black ($14). THIS IS AWESOME.  It has a super thin applicator and there is a mirror ON THE BOTTLE.  Not a fuzzy, blurry mirror.  A clear view mini mirror.  I might be in love with this stuff.  I have a slight obsession with liquid liner.

Comparison shot of the two.  Eye selfies are hard.  I like how there is a night option and a day option in the box!

Last, but definitely not least, Eglips Real Color Lip Lacquer ($14).  I received the color RD01 and LOVE it. It goes on with a soft applicator and it has pretty good staying power!  I wore it this past week to the craft show and it lasted most of the day.  Granted I wasn't eating or drinking much.   A TAD bit sticky, but not horrid.

FINISHED PRODUCT!  I went back and did both eyes with the liquid black. I also, like I said, added some color to my cheeks and brows.  I also added mascara because it will be a cold day in you-know-where before I leave the house without it.

I received a box in order to facilitate my review.  All thoughts and images are my own.  Except the lovely one at the top. I got that from them. Links are affiliate links.
